My heart aches for you.
It yearns for you.
My ears long for you to say those three words
and make my world turn.
My lips long for that kiss
that I hope I won't miss.
My eyes long to see your smiling face
at any given time or place.
My body longs for you to hold it
and keep it close to yours.
I want to get closer to you bit by bit
and open any closed doors.
Listen to the song of my heart
and let it leave love's mark.
